- Go to Medicare website at www.medicare.gov
click on “Find health & drug plans”

- Fill out all the information required on the screen under “Personalized Search” and click Find Plans:
- On the top right corner, you will see the following information like below:
- Types of Current Subsidy:
No Extra Help A Patient cannot enroll now, have to wait for Annual Enrollment Period from Oct 15 to Dec 7
All others: Can enroll now:
- Full Benefit Dual Eligible
- Partial Dual Eligible
- Full Extra Help
- Partial Extra Help
