Molina Licensing

Step 1

Fill out the Molina contract by clicking this link . Send the completed form to cisa@common-insurance.com along with your updated department of insurance license, AHIP, and errors and omission insurance.

Step 2

Molina will email you certification instructions, follow the instructions and finish your certification.

Step 3

Once your certification is complete wait for the ready to sell email from Molina. If you have not received your ready to sell email within 72 hours of your certification completion please email cisa@common-insurance.com or call our office at (800) 900-8850.
