Anthem

Step 1:

Please ensure our agency has your updated department of insurance license, AHIP, and Errors and Omissions Insurance. If you are unsure please call our offices at (800) 900-8850 or email us at cisa@common-insurance.com.

Step 2:

Please fill out the Anthem agent contract by clicking this link. Email the completed form to cisa@common-insurance.com

Step 3:

Wait for Anthem to email you instructions for your certification. Once you have received the instructions and the login information proceed to log into the Anthem certification portal finish your certification.

Step 4:

Once your certification is finished please wait up to 72 hours for Anthem to email you your ready to sell status. Note if you do not receive this last email from Anthem you are not ready to sell, please ensure that you receive this email if it has been more than 72 hours since you have completed your certification and you have not received an email please contact us at cisa@common-insurance.com or by calling (800) 900-8850.
